Visitors can admire the unique panorama of the Bohemian Central Range, deep forests of the Krušné (Ore) Mountains and Lužické (Lusatian) Mountains, and the elegant meanders and landscape along the Elbe river. There are many ski centres offering ideal conditions for both downhill and cross-country skiing, while the Elbe sandstones are very popular among climbers.
